Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain items may be exempt from returns, including but not limited to:

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@powerjunctiion.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@powerjunctiion.com with photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
